The project represents the transformation of an existing industrial facility into a 14,200 sq.m. retail park in the Corinth area, which began operating in the summer of 2015 under the name Mare West. Leveraging its experience in property development and management, Noval established an innovative retail park along the old Patras – Corinth national road, serving the market of Northeastern Peloponnese.
