“The Orbit” is a nine-story office and retail building with six underground parking levels, covering a total area of approximately 40,000 m² and occupying an entire city block.

The Orbit property has received the highest LEED distinction (v4 for Core & Shell – Platinum) in the overall category of New Projects, as well as the highest award (GOLD) in the Best New Development – Office category at the Commercial Property Awards 2020.

Two elements that define the building’s new identity are the white Etalbond shading fins, which surround the maintenance balconies of the façades, and the incorporation of greenery.
