Renovation of offices and a warehouse, including entrance areas and peripheral circulation spaces. The existing building façade was excessively exposed to natural sunlight due to its southwest orientation and large glass surfaces. This resulted in high energy consumption for cooling and a poor working environment. The intervention proposed a radical facelift without costly reconstruction of the existing structure, which is scheduled for demolition in the near future. The solution employs a shading system of fixed vertical louvers consisting of a metal frame clad with ELVAL COLOUR’s Etalbond FR.
