Hotel Complex
In 2015, Avantech undertook the renovation of the Lichnos Beach Hotel in Parga. The hotel complex is beautifully situated on a cliff overlooking the sea.
The initial design for the renovation aimed to replace the building’s solid forms with pergolas and atria, energy-efficient aluminum frames, and glass structures, harmonizing it with the natural landscape and creating a cozy atmosphere aligned with the surrounding environment.
