Renovation of the former Papastratos tobacco industry facilities in Piraeus
The former Papastratos tobacco industry facilities in Piraeus were redesigned to serve as the core of the regeneration of the Agios Dionysios area, in parallel with the redevelopment of the port.
The properties cover three building blocks with a total developable area of 82,885 sq.m.
A bioclimatic project was completed for professional, tourist, cultural, and commercial use, including areas accessible to the public.
