Marathon Avenue is one of the most visually burdened axes of Attica. The visual clutter prevents passersby from focusing on any of the commercial buildings.
This factor led the architectural design of the shopping center to adopt the visual impression of an original geometric form.

The shopping center includes retail stores with a total area of 1,400 m². Its layout is organized around a central atrium, aimed at providing natural lighting to the stores and creating a meeting and resting point for visitors.

The vertical axis is enclosed by an impressive circular glass floor and a movable roof that covers the informal square created below. The choice of materials, as well as the design of the geometry, was inspired by the image of a modern yacht. Thus, the exterior plaster has a gray color, while the alternating edges between gray exterior surfaces and white interiors give the building a dynamic character, enhanced by the interplay of natural light. For the construction of railings and balustrades, stainless steel was chosen.

On the main façade of the building, or the “bow,” lies a shallow outdoor water pool designed to provide natural cooling for the stores.
